| Changes, when they happen too quickly, may cause infants and children to behave differently from the way they are expected to by adults. As a consequence, adults become confused and at times end up losing control of the upbringing of their children. Teachers share this problem, but at a different level. |
| The environment changed in such a way requires that adults, if they want to have an affect on the new generations, learn from modern science and culture how the human body and psyche function, how relationships among people take place, the rules and models according to which the human organism develops, how the social environment interferes with the growth of little ones and the personal evolution of adults. |
| The periodical Il Nuovo Manifesto per l'infanzia e l'adolescenza contains articles on school-related problems, education, and on the school as the place where effective preventative action can be taken to alleviate behavior disturbances and alterations. |
